If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. For larger color services, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. However, if you rebook within 7 days and visit within 14 days of your original date, that fee will be applied directly toward your new appointment. After 14 days, the fee is forfeited. I know life is unpredictable and unexpected things come up. I review cancellations on a case-by-case basis and will always do my best to offer grace and flexibility when life happens."
